The Harm Reduction Program (HRP) offers a weekly syringe exchange, serving Bath, Elliott and Rowan counties. We provide safe injection supplies, free HEP C and HIV testing, and educational incite. We help anyone in need of access to resources or services including mental health counseling, treatment referral, housing assistance and more.
